As the industry shifted toward cloud communication, we shifted early—becoming a BroadSoft service provider in 2013 and embracing a cloud-first model long before it was mainstream.
In 2020, we delivered our first full Webex Calling deployment, solidifying our commitment to Cisco’s modern collaboration ecosystem.
