Customer Success Representative

Help our customers get real value from Webex by Bullfrog. You’ll onboard new accounts, answer questions, recommend best practices, and serve as the friendly, proactive point of contact for our small and mid-sized business customers.

You might be a fit if:

You enjoy talking to customers and solving problems
You’re organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
You like turning “support” into long-term relationships

Renewals Specialist

Own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers. You’ll help them understand their usage, identify opportunities to right-size or expand, and ensure contracts are renewed on time with minimal friction.

You might be a fit if:

You’re comfortable with numbers, contracts, and timelines
You can balance customer advocacy with business goals
You enjoy building repeatable processes and tracking a book of business

Webex Collaboration Engineer

Design, implement, and support Webex Calling, Meetings, and Messaging environments for our customers. You’ll work with Cisco technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with our sales and success teams on new deployments and migrations.

You might be a fit if:

You have experience with Cisco collaboration (CUCM/Webex) or similar platforms
You’re strong in networking fundamentals (SIP, QoS, firewalls, VPNs)
You like diving deep into technical problems and making things “just work” for users

Webex Contact Center Engineer

Own the design and configuration of Webex Contact Center solutions. You’ll build queues, routing logic, IVR flows, and integrations that help customers deliver exceptional customer service.

You might be a fit if:

You have experience with contact center platforms (Webex, UCCX, UCCE, or similar)
You understand call routing, queues, and reporting
You enjoy turning business requirements into reliable, scalable call flows

Account Executive

Help customers move from legacy phone systems to modern Webex solutions with Bullfrog. You’ll run discovery calls, design solutions, and guide customers through the buying process—from first conversation to closed deal.

You might be a fit if:

You have experience selling SaaS, telecom, or IT solutions
You’re comfortable talking to IT leaders and business owners
You care about delivering the right solution, not just closing deals
